1. Zoom needs to be installed on the computer https://zoom.us/download first item
2. This page contains a list of links to lessons. After clicking on the zoom link of the selected lesson, you will wait for you I will let in the lesson (in the given day and time).

2. Working with the 6th and 7th position in the Breathing meditation.
